Born and raised in Wisconsin, summertime was always a time to be at the lake house on the water fishing, boating, water skiing or partaking in other various water sports. Always having a desire to experience more and really submerge himself in year round boating, Daniel moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2005, to acquire a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, where he later was introduced to the yachting community through a well known provisioning company, Grateful Palate Yacht Provisions.
Daniel made a change in his career choice when 3033 Group, LLC acquired the company, and Daniel soon became the Yacht Provisioning Coordinator, later to step up to the Director of Provisioning role at Grateful Palate Yacht Provisions. While in this role, Daniel was in the process of acquiring a Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University, while getting involved in the community through various outlets, including Young Professionals in Yachting. Once Daniel acquired the MBA degree, he soon transferred into a Financial Controller position overseeing all financials and accounting of the three businesses under 3033 Group, LLC - (Grateful Palate Yacht Provisions, Grateful Palate Catering & Events and Shooters Waterfront).
With a financial background, the role as Treasurer of Young Professionals in Yachting in 2017, has been a growing experience as well as a pleasure. Daniel is also a volunteer mentor at Take Stock In Children-Broward County, a member of Emerge Broward and a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
